Dhaba spicy Chilli Chicken

                                       

 

          Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger (finely cut)
  • 4 green chillies (finely cut)
  • 2 tbsp green coriander (chopped)
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 cup onion (finely cut)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions

  1. Coat chicken with cornflour,soya sauce and vinegar and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and add curry leaves and fry till it gives off smoke.
  3. Add onion and fry till golden now add ginger garlic paste,red chillies and marinate chicken  and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add ginger,green chillies,salt and honey and cook.
  5. Finely, add lemon juice and garnish with coriander.

Home Made HP Sauce By FNC


INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg

  • 1cup

  • 1

  • 3-4cloves

  • 1

  • 1/2cup

  • 1

  • 1/3tsp                                     

  • 1tsp

  • 1tsp


DIRECTIONS                                                                                   

Wash the beef bones and place them in a pan. Add 2 jugs of water, star anise, chopped carrots, chopped apples, and chopped onions and crushed garlic. Cook for 5-6 hours. Drain the stock.
Add the stock to the same pan along with tomato puree, Wooster sauce, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, vinegar and butter. Cook until the sauce thickens.
