Special Kashmiri Pulao |Fun N Cooking



INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Cup

  • 1 tbsp

  • 1/4 tsp

  • 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

Heat 1/4 cup oil, fry 1 sliced onion till light golden, add in whole spices with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric, now add dry fruits, fry for 2 minutes, add 2 cups water, cook till boiling, add in soaked rice, cover and cook over slow flame for 10 minutes, open stir and simmer till done. Serve garnished with remaining dried fruits and apples.
