Paneer Makhan Curry



INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gm

  • 4 Ounce

  • pinch

  • 1/2 tsp

  • 4 tbsp

  • for Masala

DIRECTIONS

Cook all together 2 green cardamom, 3 tomato, 1 sliced onion, 2 cups water and 1/2 tsp chili powder for 15 minutes, cool and blended
for Paneer
Cut 200gm cottage cheese into cubes and fry till golden, remove and keep aside. Heat 2 ounce butter, add in blended puree, fry very well, add 4 tbsp cream with pinch of nutmeg and mace, add in fried cottage cheese and then add remaining 2 ounce butter and Kewra water. Serve garnished with drizzle of cream
