Stuffed Chickenwith sauce






Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast fillets    02
  • Cottage cheese, crumbled 100 gms
  • Chopped ginger  15 gms
  • Chopped garlic   15 gms
  • Finely chopped onion  150 gms
  • Chopped green chilies 10 gms
  • saffron     01 gms
  • Cream    30 gms
  • Coriander and cumin powder  10 gms each
  • oil     2 tsp
  • salt and piper  to   taste
  • Peel of 1 lemon, finely chopped
Method:
  1. Mix 5 gms each of chili, garlic and onion with cottage cheese.
  2. Make pockets in the chicken breast and stuff with equal portion of mixture.
  3. Shallow-fry till browned and cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
Sauce
  1. To prepare sauce, saute together remaining ginger,garlic,onion and green chilies for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add cumin and coriander powder, saffron and cream.
  3. Place chicken on plate and drizzle sauce over.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel and server with salad
