Stuffed Chickenwith sauce
Ingredients:- Chicken breast fillets 02
- Cottage cheese, crumbled 100 gms
- Chopped ginger 15 gms
- Chopped garlic 15 gms
- Finely chopped onion 150 gms
- Chopped green chilies 10 gms
- saffron 01 gms
- Cream 30 gms
- Coriander and cumin powder 10 gms each
- oil 2 tsp
- salt and piper to taste
- Peel of 1 lemon, finely chopped
Method:- Mix 5 gms each of chili, garlic and onion with cottage cheese.
- Make pockets in the chicken breast and stuff with equal portion of mixture.
- Shallow-fry till browned and cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
Sauce- To prepare sauce, saute together remaining ginger,garlic,onion and green chilies for 5-6 minutes.
- Add cumin and coriander powder, saffron and cream.
- Place chicken on plate and drizzle sauce over.
- Garnish with lemon peel and server with salad
