CHICKEN WINGS


 
Ingredients:

Chicken wings – 12 
Gram flour – 3 tbsp
 
Flour – 3 tbsp 
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Water – ½ cup Salt – to taste
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp

Method:
Take a bowl and put gram flour, plain flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and baking powder. Mix well with water. Leave for 5 to 6 minutes. Then dip chicken wings in this mixture and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with ginger sauce.
